Autumn Green Smoothie

Simple Green Smoothie with a Fall Kick Ingredients 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 1 Serving Protein/Collagen Powder 1 tbsp peanut butter 1/4 frozen banana 1-2 handful of fresh or frozen spinach 1 tsp of cinnamon 1-2 cups of almond milk (to desired consistency)   Blend and Serve!

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

One of my favorite smoothies of the season! Ingredients 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 1 serving Protein Powder 1 tbsp Almond Butter 1/2 Frozen Banana 1/3 cup of Pumpkin Puree 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice 1.5 cups of almond milk a few ice cubes Blend and Serve!
