Simple Green Smoothie with a Fall Kick
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Serving Protein/Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1-2 handful of fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1-2 cups of almond milk (to desired consistency)
Blend and Serve!
