Autumn Green Smoothie

Simple Green Smoothie with a Fall Kick

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Serving Protein/Collagen Powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1-2 handful of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1-2 cups of almond milk (to desired consistency)

 

Blend and Serve!
