Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

One of my favorite smoothies of the season!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 serving Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/3 cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice
  • 1.5 cups of almond milk
  • a few ice cubes

Blend and Serve!
