Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 serving Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/3 cup of Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice
- 1.5 cups of almond milk
- a few ice cubes
