I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease when I was 33 years old. After 2 surgeries, and a year later, I am feeling good about managing my daily life with DDD and I’m starting to get back into the swing of things. I attribute a healthy anti-inflammatory diet and a lot of patience to being able to manage my weight, aches, and energy. I still have days where I am achy, but they are becoming few and far between.

To start, I have created a list of easy recipes specifically for people with DDD. Each recipe takes anywhere from 5 min to 30 min to create, has minimal ingredients and is very simple to follow.
